Fair use[edit]

Should be used to depict the magazine, not the subject matter. I've removed it from pregnancy fetishism, where it was entirely inappropriate, and from Demi Moore where a free replacement has been found. - Francis Tyers · 09:51, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is not on the Demi Moore article to illustrate Demi Moore as a random illustration. It is there because the cover appearance itself was a notable event in her public life. That is permitted under Wikipedia's fair use policies, which states:
Note: It is not acceptable to use images with this tag in the article of the person or persons depicted on the cover, unless used directly in connection with the publication of this image. Such usages will be removed.
