In the map the eastern border of carelia is as it was pre world war II, but the eastern border of Ostrobothnia in Salla and Kuusamo is as it was after the world war II. And besides, if the map is designed to depict the historical provinces of Sweden including also Finland until 1809, the eastern border of Sweden towards russia was still different in 1809 and it changed many times before it. Thus the map looks somewhat anachoronistic.
