This source considers the following states that are not included in the Census Bureau's definition to be Midwestern states:

The Northeastern image includes Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia, which are not included in the Census Bureau's definition, in lighter shades. Should we add these states in lighter shades? GamerKiller2347 (talk) 18:32, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Why have you gone straight to a full-blown thirty-day formal WP:RFC - were the options at WP:RFCBEFORE exhausted? --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 19:26, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
This page didn't have a talk page, so I didn't think anyone would respond. GamerKiller2347 (talk) 19:40, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
It didn't have a talk page because it's hosted on Commons, not here. File:Map of USA Midwest.svg doesn't exist, just as this talk page didn't exist - what you see there is merely a mirror of c:File:Map of USA Midwest.svg. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 21:21, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I'll close this RfC and start a discussion on Midwestern United States. GamerKiller2347 (talk) 22:20, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
