English: detail from 'Triumphal procession of little-Paul-the taylor upon his new-goose', by James Gillray, published 8 November 1806, National Portrait Gallery, NPG D12881. William Bosville (1745–1813) leading a campaigning procession for his candidate James Paull (1770-1808) at the November 1806 Election for the seat of Westminster. Depicted as "a shambling elderly man scattering coins from his hat; in a speech bubble above he says: "There's a Penny apiece, for you Lads! & now Hollo out - "Paul forever!" and then I'll give each of you a Ride, in my Coach & Four! - Hollo boys!!" In his pocket is a 'List of the London Correspo[nding] Society'".
