Description
English: This huge tank holds sewage overflows occurring during storms. After the water recedes, the wastewater is pumped from the tank to the sewage treatment plant at a more manageable rate. West Park, Nashville,Tennessee. The system is part of a separate sewer system (not a combined sewer system). Rainwater can enter the system through santari sewer defects.[1]
