The purpose of the cover image is to properly depict the album in an accurate manner so that its accompanying article may be considered a scholarly record of the album described therein.. Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original artwork, namely the artist's providing graphic design services to music concerns and in turn marketing music to the public. |
