| Description | MINOT, N.D. — Temporary emergency levees constructed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District, hold back water that is flooding areas along the Souris River Basin near here, June 2, 2011. The Corps of Engineers is currently reinforcing levees within the City of Minot and other communities along the river to protect citizens from this year’s historic flooding.
