Fair use in Simon Wicks[edit]

1. No free equivalent: A photo of Nick Berry after 1990 is not a substitute for any photo taken on or before 1990. Photo of Nick Berry with a Creative Commons license (and an OTRS ticket if author is actually of a photo) does not truly represent the fictional character, Simon Wicks, but... it may be used for the Casting section. This image is more suitable for infobox use than any free alternatives or substitutes and, therefore, irreplaceable.
2. Respect for commercial opportunities:
   1. Restrictions on location:
      • This image was uploaded without permission. Use of this image in Wikipedia is intended for educational, non-profitable purposes and for articles related to only Simon Wicks. Any other use in Wikipedia is copyright infringement, and this uploader, George Ho, assures that he must not use it in non-article namespaces.
      • Moreover, this image must not be used in a biography of Nick Berry, especially if Berry is proven to be still living and active, as free images of Nick Berry makes this image replaceable if used there, and the uploader acknowledges Berry's own personality rights.
   2. Minimal usage and extent of use: This image, if other images exist, is inequivalent other images. If this were the only image in this article, then at least one is fine. The exposure and colours of this photo were adjusted for a better view. Its resolution may be lower than the source's original version, but both are digital reproductions. Nevertheless, at any circumstance, reproducing this photo at this resolution does not surpass the original negative and other superior larger, professional photo prints (8x10 e.g.) of this photo. Moreover, digital reproductions are no substitutes for paper reproductions.
   • Use of this image is not intended to affect, harm, and replace original commercial role of this image, as above. A characteristic representation consisted within this photo helps readers visualize an appearance of Simon Wicks and Nick Berry. This article describes generally what its subject, Simon Wicks, is, and this image respectfully represents the overview of this topic. Omitting this image for favoring another is detrimental to readers, as the debut, this image, and the 2012 cameo appearance are inequivalent to each other.
