Опис прапора Морської охорони Державної прикордонної служби України

Прапор Морської охорони Державної прикордонної служби України являє собою прямокутне полотнище зеленого кольору з розміщеним у центрі прямим білим хрестом. У верхньому лівому куті полотнища (крижі) - Державний Прапор України. Хрест має з трьох сторін зелений та білий обідки, а з боку крижа - зелений. Ширина кожного обідка становить 1/8 ширини хреста (або 1/60 висоти полотнища). Ширина хреста становить 2/15 висоти полотнища, а разом з обідками - 1/5 висоти полотнища.

Співвідношення сторін полотнища 2:3.

Лицьова та зворотна сторони полотнища ідентичні.
