Français : Portrait du compositeur Alexandre Fridzeri (Alessandro Maria Antonio Fridzeri) dessiné d'après nature au crayon noir et avec un léger rehaut de blanc au col.

Oeuvre présentée par Alexandre Vigneux au Salon de 1799 à Paris (numéro 736 du livret d'exposition : Portrait du citoyen Fridzeri, artiste ).

Sous le dessin on lit cet hommage en lettres manuscrites: "Des secrets de son art heureux dépositaire, Compositeur habile, artiste ingénieux; Dans le double talent d'enseigner et de plaire, Il eut peu de rivaux et beaucoup d'envieux".

Le dessin est signé Vigneux f. en bas à droite.
English: Portrait of the composer Alessandro Fridzeri (Alessandro Maria Antonio Fridzeri) from nature in black pencil and with a slight heightening of white at the collar.

Exhibited by Alexandre Vigneux in Paris at the Salon of 1799 (# 736)

Under the drawing we read this tribute in handwritten letters: "Secrets of his art, happy custodian, Skillful composer, ingenious artist; In the double talent of teaching and pleasing, He had few rivals and many envious ".

The drawing is signed Vigneux f. lower right.
