La lesione appare iperintensa nelle sequenze T1 pesate (a) mentre presenta segnale intermedio in quelle T2 pesate (b); dopo somministrazione di mezzo di contrasto si osserva vistoso enhancement mentre le sequenze DWI mostrano diffusività ristretta (d); la spettroscopia (e, eseguita sul voxel evidente nella foto f) evidenzia elevato picco della colina e ridotto picco dell'NAA). In tutte le immagini è evidente contestuale vistoso idrocefalo ostruttivo |
