I have always appreciated the silhouette of this building including its stainless steel panels and columns. I had initially thought that this was probably a good example of the White school until I passed to photograph it. It looks very appealing in this photograph but up close the building is actually quite fussy. The architect chose a very bold emerald green for the windows which is repeated in the marble base of the structure. These details contradict the modernity of the silhouette.
