Description
English: October 2023 saw the formal opening of Ayrshire Housing’s purpose-built lifetime living block of flats in central Ayr. The development provides 31 flats for social rent with a central courtyard and rooftop gardens. The development was named Beattie Close in honour of the well-known Scottish actor and comedian, Johnny Beattie, who was a regular performer at the nearby Gaiety Theatre.
