The text "Get out of /jp/" consists of basic typographic shapes, fonts and colours that are common property and contains no original authorship, and thus the text contents of the file is ineligible for copyright. Addition of said text does not meet the threshold of originality.

The character depicted in the image is loosely based on Marisa Kirisame from Touhou Project by ZUN/Team Shanghai Alice. The two-dimensional image is self-drawn by an anonymous /jp/ contributor (later attributed as Sai). This image meets the threshold of originality, as it is the artist's own interpretation of the character with significant visual difference from the original concept. The art style belongs to that of the original artist from /jp/, and the artwork is not necessarily a faithful representation of the character's original canon design (example here).
