Use in article (WP:NFCC#7)	Maltby Academy
Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	Though Maltby Academy has only existed since 2010, its predecessor school (know as Maltby Grammar School, Maltby Comprehensive School and Maltby Community School) has been in existence since 1931. This logo was used throughout that time and is therefore an important part of the school's history.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The logo is still in copyright.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The image will only be used once in the Maltby Academy article. It as been cropped from a larger banner and is low resolution (90 x 170 pixels)
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Maltby Community School no longer legally exists and its successor, Maltby Academy, has not used the logo at all during its existence.
