Description
English: "The Nymph left standing rider. It s'estt adorned with a headdress which she wears her famous sailor (D'Estaing) in the midst of his triumphs, and the acclamations of the people who hastens to crown his memorable exploits". Print allegorical and propaganda carried out after taking the island of Grenada and the naval victory of d'Estaing in July 1779.
Français : "La Nimphe un peu remise de ses grandes fatigues laisse reposer son coursier s'étant parée d'une frisure à la Grenade sur laquelle elle porte son fameux marin (D'Estaing) au milieu de ses triomphes, et aux acclamations du peuple qui s'empresse de couronner ses mémorables exploits". Estampe allégorique et de propagande réalisée après la prise de l'île de La Grenade et la victoire navale de d'Estaing en juillet 1779.
