Jiang Qing, "First Lady of China," former wife of Mao Zedong, under arrest being brought into the courtroom by the police during the "Gang of Four" Trials in 1980. (By the verdict in 1981, she was sentenced to death, commuted to life in prison. She committed suicide in 1991.) The image is probably copyright by the People's Republic of China Press Service.
