Translation of the inscriptions (kindly translated through the efforts of Reddit user u/ForgottenPhoenix):

The translation goes clockwise from the cauldron. The person sitting in the cauldron is labelled Bhai Dayala Ji. Rest go clockwise:

• Mughal (guy in green shirt)

• Bhai Gurdit Ji (guy in red shirt, blue turban - unsure of this one since its a bit hard to read)

• Bhai Udai Ji (sitting next to the above. Hard to read as well so might be incorrect)

• Guru Tegh Bahadar Ji (sitting on the chair/cot)

• Bhai Jinda (or Jita) Ji (green overalls, holding peacock feathers)

• Mughal

• Guru Ji going to sach khand (procession at the top, see here for meaning of Sach Khand: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sach_Khand)

• Delhi platoon/brigade (group of soldiers in a queue in the middle)

• Captain (platoon's captain, figure at the head of the platoon - hard to read but the context makes sense)

• Mughal

• Bhai Mati Das Ji (sitting figure with hands folded, two mughals using saw on his head)

• Clothes (red and blue material next to cauldron)

• Chandani Chowk Delhi (writing below the firewood)

So looks like it is depicting the scene of martydrom of Guru Teg Bahadur.
