Previously an even lower resolution copy of the image was employed; however, in recent years high resolution displays have come into common use, and the image has become extremely blurry on those displays, slipping below an acceptably low level of resolution. I believe the higher resolution image here in no way approaches the quality of an image that would be bought from the artist, and on this page it can be seen that the image, when blown up, is still extremely low quality and blurry, thus fulfilling the criteria for fair use, while maintaining legibility. |
