3. The image is of low resolution, just over 3.5 inches wide at 72 pixels per inch. This is much lower than the original resolution.
4. Only a portion of the image is used, approximately 10%. The commercial value of the original by photographer Deborah Elliott is not impacted.
5. The image enhances the article in question by providing a visual reference to the subject of the article in question.
6. This image is to be used only on the biographical page of the subject of the image.
