| Description |
English: Coat of arms reportedly used by Radu Șerban, former Prince of Wallachia and, by then, a pretender to the throne from his Austrian exile. Based on a 1616 depiction from a roll of arms kept by Valentin Franck, the Mayor of Hermannstadt. Nearly identical with the arms used by Prince Radu's rival and son-in-law, Nicolae Pătrașcu, but cross crosslet and ring are absent here. According to historian Dan Cernovodeanu, this highlights a genealogical distinction: Nicolae claimed to be descended from the Basarab Princes, while Radu belonged to the Craiovești.
