Summary

Description
English: In 1931, after an interruption of five years, the ADAC had once again staged an automobile race on the Avus at Berlin. Maserati. The Avus was the fastest automobile race in Europe. The cars were racing along the open stretch at speeds of 230 km/h. On no other track were there such exceptionally high speeds as in Berlin, where the long Avus straights made such speeds possible.
