Project for a national German Cathedral in Berlin by the Prussian architect Karl Friedrich Schinkel. Unreleased. Celebrating German national identity after the military victory against France about 1814, so called Befreiungskriege (Feder, aquarelliert). Consciousness of national identity and history are the main feature of this kind of Gothic revival.
