English: Carnegie Library in Johnstown, commissioned March 9, 1890 after the Great Johnstown Flood the previous year. The fourth library commissioned by Carnegie in America. Opened 1892, the third to open in America. On the NRHP since 1972 at 304 Washington St., Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Now the site of the Johnstown Flood Museum
