Sentrale aktører er grosserer Dyre Halse, billedhugger Wilhelm Rasmussen, borgermester Hans Bauck, samt Jens Beckmann og Gullik Jensen i Tønsberg. Dokumentene er hentet fra Trondhjems Magistrat: Olav Tryggvason-monumentet (Løpenummer 979).» «Olav Tryggvason-monumentet», også kalt «Olav Tryggvason-støtten» og liknende, er et monument over Olav Tryggvason utformet av billedhuggeren Wilhelm Rasmussen (1879–1965) og reist på Torvet i Trondheim i 1921. Det 18 meter høye minnesmerket består av en skulptur av Olav Tryggvason, byens grunnlegger og Norges konge 995–1000, plassert øverst på en søyle med en sokkelfot. Monumentet regnes som et av kunstnerens hovedverk.
