Français : Le Matango ou Vin de Palmes ou Vin blanc Camerounais est une boisson naturellement tirée du Palmier à huile. Légèrement sucré selon les cueillettes, il fait entre 3 et 17° d'alcool. Il est préféré par les Femmes quand il est plus sucré et moins sucré chez les hommes qui y rajoutent souvent des écorces de fermentations et de vigueur pour sa consommation.
