I may have been unclear I we write an article about "The existence of God",
we would never get a consensus about the existence of God, thus we will have
to find some consensus about reaching NPOV for article taht will deal with
non-consensual opinions.

No. An article is about a particular subject, and about reaching NPOV
on that subject. NPOV is a subject all by itself which shouldn't need
to be the wheel that's reinvented in articles on every subject.
