Nederlands: Portret van Coenraad van Hulst (1774-1844), toneelspeler, als president van de kunstbevorderende maatschappij VW te Amsterdam (zo genoemd naar de oprichters Casper Vreedenberg en Jan van Well). Zittend ten halven lijve in een stoel, om de hals de presidentsketen, waaraan bevestigd de grote gouden medaille met de stralenkrans en daarnaast vele andere eretekens. In de linkerhand een rol papier.
