Willem ("Wim") Cornelis Nicolaas Kieft (born 12 November 1962 in Amsterdam, Netherlands) is a retired Dutch footballer, who obtained 43 caps and eleven goals for the Dutch national team (1981–1993).

Kieft played for Ajax, PSV, Pisa and Girondins de Bordeaux, and the Netherlands national football team. He came from a school of strikers who played in the De Meer Stadium of Amsterdam – the home of Ajax. His contemporaries were Frank Rijkaard, John van 't Schip, Marco van Basten and Gerald Vanenburg: these youngsters made the 1980s a highly successful decade for the Netherlands, Ajax and PSV. He won Euro 88 in Germany, in which his contribution was the only goal in the game against the Republic of Ireland eight minutes from time, which helped the Dutch overtake Ireland to finish second in Group 2, and secure a place in the semi-final. Kieft also won the European Cup (now known as the Champions League) with PSV that same year. He is now a football pundit for the television channels Sport1 and RTL.
