Disagree. I am the uploader. The photo is part of the PTG online press kit, and as such falls under the category of a publicity photo, which seems to contradict example number 8 of the fair use counterexamples:Publicity photos, distributed as part of press kits by celebrities, corporations, candidates for political office, and others, may be eligible for use on Wikipedia under the doctrine of fair use. These images are most often photographs of people, products, or events. As with all images uploaded to Wikipedia, the source of the photo must be identified on the image description page, and copyright information, when supplied with the photo, must be included.

Deleted - I have deleted the image. While I fully respect those who disagree, current Wikipedia fair use policy is that an image of a living person is considered replaceable. Under WP:CSD, such images may be speedy deleted under I7. Wikipedia:Publicity photos is an essay that expresses the opinions of one or more editors - it is not a policy. --BigDT 01:23, 14 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, then, those who decide on what is and what is not a policy need to straighten out why publicity photos are specifically condoned on the fair use policy page. Comment - Note that the actual image with this name was changed Jan 2/07 - I am not sure if it was before or after the nomination; the noted source changed with the new image. Both images were from the same uploader. I would hold either's licensing suspect (both from website's reserving copyrights). Either images would fail FUC #1 as a replaceable as the subject is currently standing sporting venue. Given that there's already a free image (Image:Soccer-stadium.jpg), I wouldn't bother trying to sort this out. I already tried to get specific evidence of the "permission" from the uploader to no avail ccwaters 18:22, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
