This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). A lot of sources mention and quote Bryan Corbett, but gives little to no background information. Articles written by Corbett himself, press releases from the Bush Administration, etc, are not considered independent sources.

This article is clearly based off the press release.

We want our articles to be based off what others say about this individual rather than the info coming from the subject themselves. So more independent sources, such as a biography, would be optimal.
