Big regex for metric units[edit]

I noticed that the latest version of your code doesn't have that big regex that formats all SI units. It looked for a number, then an optional SI prefix, then an SI unit. Did you have a lot of problems with it, or did you just decide to go with multiple small regexes instead? TomTheHand 20:49, 6 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
