I am an electrical engineer and I live in Wellington, New Zealand - the southernmost capital city in the world. I was born in Scotland and lived for years in South Africa. I found the Wikipedia while our company was researching a possible means of developing a way of referencing and explaining the rules of the New Zealand Electricity Market.
