Korea[edit]

"Slush funds are very popular in Korea. In fact, when one hears the word Korea, a few words including slush funds, kimchee, chaebol, taewkwondo, demonstrations, riots, corruption, binge drinking, sour grapes financial regulators, etc... come to mind. It is worthwhile to study how slush funds are created in Korea if one wishes to specialize in slush fund expertise."

I don't think this is true, or necessary. It came from a random IP and looks like vandalism
