Manco Capac is the other name of of inca empire that also known as city of sun..... because they worship the sun as their god............. and they also called them childre of sun.............

Where do you get that? The Inca Empire in Quechua is Tawantinsuyu. --71.163.216.65 (talk) 20:18, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Title in Spanish[edit]

The title of this article and many others related to the Incas are in Spanish (Manco Cápac), but if we are to use non-English versions, wouldn't the original Quechua name (Manqu Qhapaq) be more accurate and overall appropriate? Greetings.--Metroxed (talk) 19:20, 2 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Once again, I bring up this issue. If we are to use a non-English title, I believe using the native name would be more accurate, as the Spanish one comes from later sources. If there objections do not arise, I will move the article.--Metroxed (talk) 10:47, 14 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Metroxed: the best course is to read WP:COMMONNAME which is the relevant policy. If you still thins a new name is appropriate, please don't do it yourself but follow WP:RM#CM. Thanks. Doug Weller talk 10:59, 14 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
