Wrong[edit]

All versions of this article thru this writing (12/11/04) are fundamentally wrong. They're really about the goal LINE, which they take to mean the same thing but is different. The goal is a structure (or the plane it delimits) in various sports, including American football to which these versions were apparently written, but is not the same as the goal line. Conceptually the easiest fix here would be to change the title of the entry to "goal line", but I don't know how to do that and to track down all links pointing to it. I may be reached at robgood@bestweb.net .

"Goal line" is a more common term. Zzyzx11 (Talk) 04:32, 1 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Move discussion in progress[edit]

There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:Reception (American football) which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 07:59, 9 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
