Free man on the land / soverine individual / constitutionalist movement

Can any of the following information be included in the article if suitable reliable sources can be established or is this self-evident by the linked wiki articles that outline and source most of the information?

Constitutionalists point out that most "free countries" / free societies are covered by a constitution. These constitutions are written in legalese. To properly know the meanings of legalese a human individual requires a number of appropriate dictionaries, or one or more trustworthy law experts. Lawyers are often specialized law experts but are usually members of a law society that may govern by rules whether or not their members (lawyers, judges, etc) are empowered to divulge to you any information hidden to the general public by that society, or that would damage the standing of any of their other clients (which may include government(s)).

These constitutions usually express the ideas that there are inalienable / self-evident rights bestowed upon the individual in a free society by nature or by God (natural laws / laws of the land / maxims of law developed in Roman times / Magna Carta law / etc), and that these rights can only be waved or surrendered by the individual voluntarily--voluntary servitude is voluntary slavery which is always permitted. This voluntary surrender of rights always places the individual into a contract with the person or business entity (one or more society members) to whom the surrender was given. These society leaders include a rule enforcement officer (police) or a court of commercial law / magistrate of a commercial law court / justice system that is providing a service for hire that makes use of Acts of government legislation that are statutes that are "rules that are given the power of law" only if the individual surrenders their constitutional / natural / god given rights to be under the authority of government agents by way of accepting their offers to contract with the individual. Police are usually officers. Notaries, politicians, justices and judges and other certain court officials are also officers. Officers hold an office that is established by sworn oaths of office that are usually bonded. These oaths are made first to uphold the constitution (to provide peace--a peace officer), and subsequently to uphold the enacted statutes of the government(s) of their jurisdiction (rules of the corporations and named societies to whom they belong).

A "free man on the land" or constitutionalist is an individual who has separated himself or herself (as a human being) from their fictional business entity and does not wave or surrender their constitutional or god given or natural rights. The fictional business entity is known as a "person." A fictional or straw man identity is a "person" that is usually created by issue of a birth certificate and or other government issued identification such as a social insurance number or driver's license or a vehicle registration for which an application must be submitted.

In doing a registration of any kind, you are surrendering voluntarily in whole or in part your signature and your identification. When this happens for a birth certificate, for example, your child becomes a member of society who is associated with their own "legal fiction" of a "person," becomes a form of agent / voluntary servant / "property of the state" of the registration, and subject to its rules (statutes / legal society jurisdiction) and regulatory enforcement (police actions). This "straw man identity" is provided in free societies as a means to escape tyranny / unfair laws / involuntary slavery / over-taxation / under-representation, etc, simply by opting out of government-ruled society, but not out of constitutional law or criminal law that forbids individuals from upsetting the peace / injuring other parties / interfering in otherwise lawful activities / causing fraud to be perpetrated, and so on.

Supposedly, through careful investigations, facts can be unearthed that all countries, states, provinces, cities, institutions of civil society each have or are legal fictions that end up being commercial corporations. Each corporation has registered / recorded officers and operators / owners and also have employees and property / chattel. The legal fiction / person defined by birth certificate / proof of citizenship, government issued identification establish that the corporation(s) with whom the legal fiction(s) are registered are either considered property or agents of or slaves of or employees of the corporation and the legal fictions are thereby subject to their rules and regulations and enforcement. You as an individual can voluntarily assume liabilities and obligations placed upon your legal fiction / "person" by waving your constitutional rights or submitting to legal authorities of government.

Tricks of legalese like "do you understand me?" (will you stand under my authority") and your obedience / physical submission to statute enforcement officers / magistrates of commercial court will automatically presume that you have waived your constitutional rights and most certainly become subject of sometimes terrible consequences at the hands of government authorities who are then in a position to deal out untold punishment limited only by their own discretion / guidelines. These contractual agreements of the parties involved permit things like the Judge Judy and other such television programs to be legally binding courts of statute law and the participants are thereby bound to obey the judgments made therein.

One free man on the land / constitutionalist in England unearthed via his research of the Dunn and Bradstreet business searchable registry database that very interesting esoteric facts can be learned about various levels of governments or government institutions or counties or councils or police departments or legal societies by their listed owners or board membership. He found the owners of The United Kingdom Inc, for example. It is claimed that the lecturer also found that a council corporation was dissolved and secretly replaced by a named corporation whose ownership and board members included members of the board of IBM so that people of that council were paying council taxes essentially to IBM and not actually to support their local government and community infrastructure as is usually presumed by such tax payers.

commercial/business vs trade law
