The reason for this edit is that it referred to Jesse Brand as an "Academy Award winning Songwriter, Actor, and former American Football Player". However, Brand has never won, nor even been nominated, for an Academy Award -- that is, an Oscar. See his IMDb listing and especially his award page on IMDb. He may have won an award from some other "academy", but not the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Also, the words "Songwriter", "Actor", and "Football Player" are not proper nouns and should not be capitalized. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 03:10, 22 February 2017 (UTC)

To summarize the capitalization of job titles, you capitalize the job title when it comes immediately before the name or immediately after the name. It is not capitalized if it comes after the name if there is a “the” before it. You are incorrect in the capitalization of job titles. Furthermore, there is no implication, nor has there been a direct statement to the claim Mr Brand has been nominated, or won, or been involved in any way, with the Academy of Arts and Sciences. This has already been discussed at great length, with Wikipedia Admin involved in the discussion.
