Green Township is one of ten townships in Marshall County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,046 (down from 1,103 at 2010[2]) and it contained 399 housing units.

Green Township was established in 1836.[3]

Geography[edit]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 33.25 square miles (86.1 km2), of which 33.12 square miles (85.8 km2) (or 99.61%) is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 km2) (or 0.39%) is water.[2]
