No fair use rationale[edit]

I can't tell what was originally on the page but the source of this is given as en.wikipedia.org which is obviously inappropriate. There is no other information given for how this image was obtained so it's fair use cannot be established.

I have no idea what the original publication source was, but I see that this image is cropped compared with the one found at here, which do cite the engravers being Wellstood and Peters (which was also cited by the original uploader). CJLippert (talk) 17:02, 11 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I've sent an e-mail to the school's webmaster asking for the original publication the image was found. CJLippert (talk) 17:09, 11 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There is no claim made for Fair Use because the claim is that the image is public domain in the US. As CJLippert points out, the image was identified as an Engraving by Wellstood and Peters and was almost certainly published before 1923. olderwiser 20:17, 11 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
