On the page for Heliostat, this picture has the following caption (which answers your question): "The 11MW PS10 near Seville in Spain. When this picture was taken, dust in the air made the converging light visible." 76.123.93.232 (talk) 12:37, 24 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
