Hi. In my opinion, this image does not meet the critera number 8 of Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria because teh article does not contain any commentary about the details of design of the building and hence is unlikely to increase reader;s understanding of the article text. (Note that this is what I think and I may be wrong about it). Also I have doubts about "replacability" of the image, Wikipedia:Media_copyright_questions#.22No_free_equivalent.22_criteria is open for discussion. I'm dubious about the prospect of this meeting the NFCC, but that isn't really my call. I have removed the {{Hangon}} tag from the image because the tag was causing the image to show up on the main speedy deletion page. If you know who took or published the photo, you can add that fair use rationale to the page. If you don't then the image will be deleted after a week or so because we cannot use a non-free image without attribution. Protonk (talk) 06:06, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
