Where does this caption come from: After the French Revolution, Louis XVI was beheaded with Dr. Guillotin's invention, the guillotine?

Louis was not executed after the revolution had ended but during it. Perhaps the author meant after the revolution had begun but the wording is then quite ambiguous. Furthermore the guillotine was most certainly not invented by Dr. Guillotin. He had simply advocated the use of a machine for decapitation, inspired by machines that had been used in Britain and Italy for centuries. The particular model which came into use in France before the revolution and which is now known as guillotine was developed by others though later named after Dr. Guillotin. The caption is extremely misleading and erroneous and ought to be changed or removed!

no Louis the xvi had someone make a model of the guillotin and they named it after the person who made it!!!!!
