Copyright issues and Fair Use[edit]
The photo of this aircraft HM599 was of the only example built in 1943. The image was most probably taken by an official government photographer since no other person would have access to what was in fact a top secret wartime aircraft. Taken circa 1943 it is well outside the limitations of Crown Copyright which expires after 50 years. So after 1993 this image passes into public domain. 94.1.4.161 (talk) 11:48, 22 September 2013 (UTC)
