While this picture may have been taken at a cockfight, this is very clearly a pair of gamefowl; ie., the rooster (or, "Cock") on the left, and the hen on the right - the rooster has clearly visible natural spurs on his legs, and the hen Is smaller, less broad and muscular, and lacks the larger comb and wattles present in male gamefowl. The rooster has had his comb and wattles trimmed (usually when they are about a year of age), and they both appear well-fed and alert.
