Errors[edit]

Map appears to be incorrect - Delware did not cast 2 votes for Jackson (blue), but for Crawford (green) and one vote for Adams (orange) MrMingsz (talk) 06:23, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Also, All 9 of Maine's electors cast their vote for J. Q. Adams. See http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/electoral-college/votes/1821_1837.html#1824. Any chance @Fred the Oyster: or @AndyHogan14: could fix this? YBG (talk) 18:55, 7 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Spartan7W: Map is still incorrect: the results should reflect this map

(viz. Maine's 9 electoral votes were all cast for Adams, and the 2-vote majority in DE was cast for Crawford [orange on this map] with 1 vote for Adams [Green]; as it stands Delaware appears to have cast 2 votes for Jackson and also 1 vote for Jackson, which is laughable). This appears to have been resolved. YBG (talk) 12:44, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Still more errors[edit]

The current version of this file shows Delaware and Maine splitting their electoral votes between Jackson and Adams, 2-1 and 1-8 respectively. In reality, Delaware cast two votes for Crawford and one for Adams; all nine Maine electors voted for Adams. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nathaniel Greene (talkcontribs) 21:58, 28 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
