No legal status to the Clan Gunn badge[edit]

It is worth noting that Lord Lyon has not recognised any Clan Gunn chief, so there are no Chief arms, so the origin of this badge is uncertain as the badge must be drawn from the Chief's arms. In other words the badge does not have any legal base under Scottish law.
