This map needs explaining - and verifying. First, it's in French, but attributed to a German and put on Wikimedia by a Russian. Second, although it is stated as being from 1927, and the three westernmost zones on the map are given French names, the description of the "Far Eastern" part of the globe translates into something like "Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere" - a Japanese concept brought into existence with the start of the attempted conquest of China in the early 1930's. 173.162.253.101 (talk) 15:00, 19 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
