- Because of its low resolution, this image does not facilitate forgery or decrease demand for the commercially-available original.
- It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell their work in any way, in fact, it may encourage sales.
- The image is significant because it was used to promote the band (Led Zeppelin) and a major historical event (Led Zeppelin North American Tour 1973).
- Its use has been encouraged by the record label and band as demonstrated by their distribution of this photo.
- The image already appears on other web sites so its use here does not make it significantly more accessible.
- The image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
- The subject is a deceased person, no longer existent place or object, or past event so there will likely be no free alternative in the future.
