This image is the album cover of the 1st release in the Live in the X Lounge series. The image was previously found on the WRAX radio station's official website WRAX.com; the site no longer exists. This image is a scanned album cover and was uploaded by AuburnPilot.

Fair use rationale[edit]

1. The image will be used for identification and/or critical commentary in the Live in the X Lounge article.
2. The use is purely for non-profit reasons, and to educate users on the album and series in question.
3. It is a low resolution and/or poor quality version of the album cover, making it unusable for reproducing the original work.
4. Its use does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell or market the album or related products in any way.
5. The album cover's appearance on Wikipedia does not make it more freely available, as it was released on tens-of-thousands of compact discs.
6. As an official album cover of an out of print series, there is no known free alternative available. If a free alternative is found, this image should be nominated for deletion as obsolete.
